What We Do

Six programmes.
One integrated vision.

Poverty doesn't arrive in neat categories. Neither does our response. Every programme we run is connected to the others — by design.

P1 · SDG 3
Programme 1

Child & Youth Health

Because every child deserves to grow up healthy.

We bring nutrition screening, mental health support, and preventive healthcare directly to communities — no clinic required. Through 200 trained Community Health Volunteers and quarterly outreach campaigns, we reach every household, not just the ones that can reach us.

Nutrition Mental Health 200 CHVs ASRH Education
9,500+ children and youth reached by Year 3
200 Community Health Volunteers trained and deployed
12 Youth Mental Health Support Groups
10 schools with ASRH education
P2 · SDG 5 & 8
Programme 2

Women & Youth Empowerment

Potential is evenly distributed. Opportunity is not.

We close the gap between talent and opportunity through vocational training in 6 market-relevant streams, Village Savings & Loan Associations, Women's Leadership Academies, and gender-transformative dialogues that engage men and boys as champions — not bystanders.

VSLAs Vocational Training GBV Prevention Enterprise Dev.
500+ women and youth trained in marketable skills annually
15 Village Savings & Loan Associations established
150 women-led and youth-led enterprises mentored
Active GBV prevention running year-round
P3 · SDG 13 & 15
Programme 3

Environmental Protection

The forest is not scenery. It is survival.

We restore degraded land, train climate-smart farmers, and make conservation economically rational for the communities who live within it. Through community tree nurseries, green livelihood enterprises, and waste management systems, we turn environmental protection into economic opportunity.

Reforestation Climate Adaptation Green Livelihoods Waste Management
100,000 trees planted by 2030
5 communities with functional waste management systems
300+ smallholder farmers trained in climate-smart agriculture
3 green livelihood enterprises (beekeeping, eco-tourism, organic farming)

Programme 4

Education

An empty desk is not a statistic. It is a stolen future.

We put children back in classrooms with the supplies they need. We develop teachers who inspire rather than intimidate. We open non-formal learning centres for adults who never got their chance. And we bring digital skills to young people who deserve access to the same future as any young person anywhere in the world.

Scholarships Teacher Training Digital Skills Adult Literacy
1,000+ out-of-school children supported back into education
200 teachers trained annually in active, child-centred methods
5 community non-formal education centres
3 digital literacy hubs serving 1,000+ youth per year

Governance & Leadership

Communities don't need saving. They need leadership.

We train civic leaders, establish Youth Parliaments, form Community Accountability Groups, and facilitate the courageous conversations that rebuild trust after conflict. When youth and women lead, communities thrive — and we make space for exactly that.

Youth Parliament Civic Education Accountability Peacebuilding
300+ community, youth, and women leaders trained
5 Community Accountability Groups established
10 Youth Parliament chapters — 200 young leaders in training

Programme 6

Communication & Development

Every community has a story. We give it a microphone.

Through community radio, citizen journalism training, ICT access hubs, multilingual development materials, and our flagship Annual Community Development Forum — we connect communities to information and to each other. When communities are informed, they can demand their rights.
